THERAPY FOR ADHD/Autism

Reconnect to yourself.

Does this resonate with you?

Do you suspect that you have ADHD or autism (formerly known as Asperger's), or that your mind has always worked a little differently? Do you feel like your suspected diagnosis is holding you back?

Whether it's relationship problems, job issues, or just feeling overwhelmed and disorganized, sometimes it can feel like you just can’t get it right, despite tremendous effort. Let's work together to change those negative self beliefs and create a new narrative

Let’s start rewriting the stories you tell yourself.

Imagine a life where you can feel confident in both neurotypical and neurodivergent spaces.

Therapy is an opportunity to map out what’s standing in your way and feel empowered. I also have resources from other professionals to help with finding assessment and medication (if needed to add to your care plan).

In our work, you’ll learn how to recognize your inner strengths and needs. You’ll become confident asking for what you want or need (and saying “no” to what you don’t). And you’ll have the tools & practices to take back control of the messages you tell yourself. You’ll take back control and be the one writing your own story.

What we’ll work on:

  • Regulate emotions

  • Self-awareness of sensory needs

  • Communication skills

  • Gain self-compassion and learn to feel confident in navigating neurotypical environments

  • Lean into your strengths.

  • Develop strategies that will reduce the feeling of needing to “mask”.
